Wallpaper - Liria Eden, Antique Olive

Our Liria Eden, Antique Olive wallpaper by Marta Cortese captures a serene woodland landscape inspired by historic tapestry scenes. Across an antique olive green backdrop, graceful deer, leaping hares, perched birds, and delicate butterflies move among stylized trees, ferns, and meadow botanicals. The muted, monochromatic palette of earthy olive, sage, and pale fawn gives this scenic mural wallpaper a quiet depth that feels timeless rather than overwhelming. Printed custom to your dimensions, our wall murals are PVC-free and crafted on wallpaper paper with a subtle surface structure.

In the room

We see this design working beautifully across an uninterrupted accent wall in a living room, bedroom, or dining room, where the full woodland composition has space to unfold. Because the scene has a distinct vertical balance, with a detailed botanical foreground and softer tree canopies above, placing it behind a low sofa or a simple bed frame allows the wildlife and lush undergrowth to remain visible. In rooms with gentle daylight or warm evening lamps, the tonal contrast between the olive ground and the lighter flora creates an intimate, enveloping atmosphere without overwhelming smaller spaces.

Styling it

To let the illustrative character of our wall mural lead the room, we would pair it with furniture that carries simple silhouettes and understated finishes. Natural wood tones like walnut, warm oak, or painted cabinetry in deep moss or vintage cream harmonize effortlessly with the olive backdrop. For textiles, we suggest quiet textures in unbleached linen, wool, or muted velvet in olive, taupe, or soft ecru. Keeping surrounding decorative accessories minimal and grounded in matte ceramics or antique brass helps the scenic detail feel curated and serene.

Colour combinations

The design itself relies on a sophisticated palette of antique olive green, muted moss, soft taupe, and pale fawn. When selecting paint colors for surrounding walls, trim, or doors, we recommend drawing from these undertones. Warm off-whites and pale stone work well to keep the overall space light, while deeper earthy greens, soft mushroom, or warm charcoals create a moodier, wraparound feel in a study or dining area.
