Wallpaper - Crocker Parchment, Dusty Petrol

Our Crocker Parchment wallpaper in Dusty Petrol brings a refined, panelled grid structure to the wall, softened by subtle visual mottling reminiscent of aged parchment or softly worked plaster. The deep, dusty teal-slate petrol tone gives the geometric block layout an understated architectural quality, balancing clean horizontal and vertical seam lines with gentle tonal variation across each square. Like all Wallism mural wallpapers, it is custom made to measure and printed on PVC-free paper with a light physical structure that complements the painterly surface.

In the room

We see this wallpaper working particularly well in spaces where you want depth and character without an overly busy figurative pattern. In a living room or bedroom, the grid composition introduces a sense of architectural proportion, grounding larger walls behind a sofa or low headboard. Because the contrast between the square panels and their subtle borders is soft, it feels cohesive across an entire room or on an accent wall, adding mood and visual weight without overwhelming the interior. In a study or dining area, the muted petrol shade creates a warm, enveloping backdrop that feels composed throughout the day.

Styling it

When styling alongside this deep, dusty teal, we recommend leaning into warm and textured contrasts to balance the cooler slate undertones. Warm wood furniture, such as medium-toned walnut or natural oak, brings an earthy balance to the wall, while matte black or brushed bronze hardware harmonises with the structured geometry of the parchment panels. Keeping upholstery and larger fabrics in calm, unpatterned neutrals allows the tonal movement of the wallpaper to remain the central decorative feature.

Colour combinations

The design itself features deep dusty petrol, slate blue-grey, and soft charcoal undertones. Around the room, warm off-white, oat, or linen shades on trim and adjoining walls create a crisp, natural contrast. If you prefer a richer, more cohesive atmosphere, deeper charcoal, soft sage, or muted terracotta accents provide an engaging, grounded dialogue with the blue-green base.
