Wallpaper - Ginkgo Folia, Eucalyptus

Our Ginkgo Folia, Eucalyptus wallpaper brings together an overlapping fan of ginkgo leaves with delicate botanical line work. We designed this motif around a rhythmic, scalloped repeat where layered leaf shapes create a sense of depth across the wall. Rendered in a soothing palette of muted eucalyptus and sage greens with fine darker veining, the pattern offers an organic yet structured presence. Like all our wallpapers, this design is made to measure to your exact wall dimensions and printed on PVC-free paper with a subtle surface texture.

In the room

Because the fan-shaped ginkgo leaves repeat in a dense, harmonious flow, we find this design works beautifully across both wide, uninterrupted walls and smaller, more intimate spaces. In a living room or primary bedroom, placing it along a main feature wall behind a sofa or headboard anchors the seating or sleeping area without overwhelming the room. The rhythmic repeat also holds up remarkably well in a dining room, hallway, or home office, where the botanical detail adds character to walls framed by doorways and windows.

Styling it

To let the intricate line work of the ginkgo leaves stand out, we suggest keeping larger surrounding furniture relatively quiet. Pieces with clean silhouettes and soft, rounded edges echo the fan shapes of the pattern without competing with them. Warm wood finishes, such as mid-tone walnut or muted oak, introduce a grounded organic warmth against the cool eucalyptus backdrop. Matte ceramics, woven natural fibres, and understated brass or darkened metal accents also pair naturally with the botanical motif.

Colour combinations

The wallpaper is built upon soft eucalyptus greens, pale sage tones, and deeper grey-green shadows framed by fine charcoal-toned outlines. When choosing colours for adjacent walls, trim, or larger textiles, we like pairing this palette with warm off-whites, soft stone, or pale plaster hues to keep the room light and cohesive. For a richer, moodier atmosphere, deep moss green, warm charcoal, or soft muted terracotta provide a striking, grounded contrast that brings out the darker detailing in the leaves.
