Wallpaper - Ginko Folly, Dusty Rose

Our Ginko Folly wallpaper in Dusty Rose brings together an elegant Art Deco scalloped geometry and delicate botanical detail. The design features stylized ginkgo leaves arranged in an interlocking fan repeat, where fine radiating vein lines sit within gently curved outlines. Rendered in a muted dusty rose over a warm, pale blush ground, the subtle tonal contrast gives the pattern a soft, rhythmic presence across the wall. Produced made-to-measure on PVC-free paper with a subtle physical structure, our mural wallpapers bring quiet character to bedrooms, living spaces, and dressing rooms.

In the room

Because of its balanced, mid-scale repeat and low-contrast palette, this wallpaper works comfortably across an entire room as well as on a dedicated feature wall. In a bedroom, we like placing it behind the headboard to establish a calm, cohesive backdrop that does not overpower the rest of the space. The scalloped arches also make it a natural fit for dressing rooms, hallways, and living rooms, where the continuous upward movement of the fan shapes helps draw the eye smoothly across uninterrupted wall areas.

Styling it

The subtle 1920s geometry pairs naturally with furniture that shares soft curves and rounded silhouettes. We would keep larger pieces relatively understated, choosing warm wood tones or painted finishes in soft neutrals so the botanical pattern remains the central decorative element. Upholstered headboards or seating in matte woven fabrics complement the fine line work of the ginkgo fans without competing for attention.

Colour combinations

The design itself is built on a gentle palette of dusty rose, muted blush, and soft off-white. When choosing surrounding paint colours, we would look to warm stone, muted plaster pink, or soft chalky whites for neighbouring walls and trim. If you want a deeper contrast, rich plum, warm taupe, or deeper terracotta accents in decorative pieces bring out the darker rose lines in the print.
